From June to September, park interpretive staff hosts a variety of entertaining and educational scheduled programs for families and children.  June programming caters to the outdoor classroom presenting ‘inquiry based learning’ through programs which allow the students to investigate and understand the ecology, geology and cultural importance of the Cypress Hills.

For groups looking for guided services year-round, Park Interpretive staff offers the following fee guidelines:

  • Step-on guided bus tour = $45 for 1hour tour, $60 for 1.5 hour tour (includes walk to top of Bald Butte)
  • Hike – $1 person for a 1 hour guided hike
